Stomach

Stomach is a "J" shaped muscular, hollow, and dilated part of the digestion system that functions as an important organ in our body. The stomach is located between the esophagus (food pipe) and the small intestine. Stomach is a very important organ that plays important role in the human body. Stomach secrets various enzymes (protein-digesting) which are digest the food. And stomach protects the intestine from different kinds of diseases.
Stomach connects with the small intestine and esophagus. There are different and several kinds of diseases related to stomach that are very common. Many stomach diseases are associated with infection. According to a survey, in hospital there are more than 25% of the patients having diseases related to stomach. If you have been experiencing stomach problems, you might be worried about what could be the cause of your symptoms. May be you are experiencing access of gas and bloating.
